RESEARCH FINDINGS
LEARNING GOAL 1
What is most important for this application to do & why?
FINDING
Most trainers said that they are looking for the application to tell them weight entry, food intake and muscle progress each week for every one of their clients.
LEARNING GOAL 2
What does a good client look like and what does success look like?
FINDING
A good client follows the regiment and is excited about their journey. Success was defined as "each client achieves their personal training goals."
LEARNING GOAL 3
What does a typical day look like and what problems do they face?
FINDING
Usually at the gym by 6:00am - 8:00pm but can vary based on schedules. The biggest problem was clients showing up late or no shows which can cause delays and scheduling unknowns & hick-ups.
LEARNING GOAL 4
How often and at what times are they looking to engage with the application?
FINDING
They said mostly in morning and evening they're looking to make sure entries were submitted. They also look to use the application before a schedule client visit.
PROBLEM STATEMENT
Tommy is very busy juggling multiple clients and uses archaic ways to document each clients development which can cause confusion and disorganized information. It's also hard for Tommy to know everything at a glance across all his clients.
